Hautehabie sells limited-run pieces. We want you to love yours, and if you don't, here is exactly how to send it back.
1. Your 14-day right to return
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without having to justify your decision (EU right of withdrawal). The item must be sent back complete and in its original condition: not worn beyond trying it on, unwashed, with tags and packaging.
2. How to return an item, step by step

Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Email toanjacintopro@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you are returning. We confirm by email within 2 business days.

Pack the item, in its original packaging if possible, with a note showing your order number.

Ship it within 14 days of your return email to: Hautehabie, Toan Jacinto, 90 Rue Pelleport, 75020 Paris, France.

Keep your tracking number. We recommend a tracked service.
3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect (see section 6).
4. Refunds and processing times
- We inspect returned items within 3 business days of receiving them.
- Your refund is issued within 14 days of your return request, once we have received the item, to your original payment method.
- The refund includes the item price and your original standard shipping cost.
- Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
- If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged beyond normal try-on, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss of value.
5. Exchanges
We do not do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want.
6. Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under French and EU consumer law.
