Orders are packed and shipped from France within 1 to 3 business days after payment. You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay, based on your delivery address.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days in France, 3 to 10 business days in the rest of Europe and 5 to 15 business days for international orders, depending on the carrier.
Orders shipped outside the EU (for example to the UK, Switzerland or the US) may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, or if it arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.
